In Network Insurance

The Centre uses HEADWAY to manage billing and administrative tasks so we can focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for clients. The following insurance is accepted:

• Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana

• Ascension (SmartHealth)

• Carelon Behavioral Health

• Cigna

• Oxford (Optum)

• Oscar (Optum)

• Quest Behavioral Health

• United Healthcare (Optum)

Out of Network and Private Pay

We do not provide Out of Network services but will provide you with a monthly Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement dependent on your policy.

Cost of Services

• Individual Therapy (55 minutes) - $130.00

• Group Therapy (55 minutes) - $25.00/per person
