In Network Insurance

The Centre uses HEADWAY to manage billing and administrative work so we can place all of our focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for client. The following insurance is accepted:

• Aetna

• Ambetta Indiana

• Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana

• Ascension (SmartHealth)

• Carelon Behavioral Health

• Cigna

• Quest Behavioral Health

Out of Network and Private Pay

We do not provide Out of Network services but will provide you with a monthly Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement dependent on your policy.

Cost of Services

• Individual Therapy (55 minutes) - $130.00

• Group Therapy (55 minutes) - $25.00/per person
